Well, I do agree with that but I don't need the media trying to convince me of it.

No, I'm not dense. I don't equate socialism with communism. Sorry you can't think above your pay grade.

Sorry the abortion card is over for you guys, especially after the Covid crisis. The "pro-life" crowd has shown that they only care about fetuses and couldn't give two craps about anyone already living. If you were actually "pro-life" you would support universal healthcare, so people wouldn't lose their healthcare when losing their jobs, and not support dangerous stunts like this that endanger public health.

His supporters are largely socialists and communists. It is not some kind of mystery or secret. Do I really need to go find a picture of Sander's supporters proudly waving the hammer and sickle to prove this?

Maybe we can agree to this. At some right wing events, you might find a swastika or two. At some lefty events, you're more likely to find the hammer and sickle. Both flags represent the wholesale slaughter of people based on race, ethnicity, sexual preference, etc. These flags represent hate, and no rational human being wants them to represent them in any way.

Just because I consider myself a right wing conservative does not mean the swastika represents me or my ideology or beliefs. The flag is sometimes used to paint all right wing folks with one single brush stroke, but that's a very lazy way of trying to attack people like me who do not support what that flag represents. In fact, my grandfather fought and conquered nazi scum. I would prefer never to see that flag again in my life.

I'm not "pro-life". I'm "anti-abortion", a useful distinction.

Your health care is your business. Your protection is your business. Wanna be safe? Stay home.

What if shutting down the economy causes millions to starve to death around the world? Then who is the pro life crowd? Actions have consequences, and governments around the world have been acting in ways they were never allowed to before. I would expect consequences to follow, because generally speaking, the government doesn't fix 1 problem without creating +3 problems of equal or greater magnitude. And very often, they never fix the problem at all. They just create bigger, longer lasting problems to distract you from the original problem that probably would have gone away on it's own in time.

That's also how governments grow bigger and more out of control, while sucking the lifeblood out of it's host nation and people.

You're generous if you think that lot of numbnuts is capable of reading and understanding the Constitution.

Anyway, what rights are being taken away?

Absolutely.

The presence of guns is a thread of terror. Guns are not necessary to "peaceful" protests. They were looking for a fight. And since they don't seem to have brains, they have to rely on guns.

I think these big tuff guys have already exercised their right to go to tattoo parlors.

Imagine if this were a group of armed black men invading the statehouse. Conservatives would be demanding immediate arrest and worse for them not following guidelines. But conservatives consider white guys with guns not following guidelines patriots. What a wacky world. Two-faced much?
