Do some research......father and son in the pickup. They claim the victim matched a burglary suspect.

Here is why the charges were not immediately brought: Father was a former cop and a former investigator for the prosecutors office.

Case is going to get dicey if the victim really was burglarizing homes. If he was just a kid out jogging then those two country boys are going away for a long time.

My question is who was filming the video (seems odd someone was ''randomly" filming that day on that street) and why was the video withheld for months?

The video was taken by a friend of the McMichaels who was following them at a distance.

He wasn't out burglarizing homes, per all reports he was a fitness freak & out for his daily run. Both of them should be charged with 2nd degree murder if not 1st degree. The two of them chasing him down after having phoned or texted a neighbor about it, shows their intent.

What a bunch of crock... the jogging guy clearly makes a 90-degree move to the right, to avoid the armed yokel standing in the middle of the road and to bypass that nutjob, by going around the right side of the truck. The violent guy was standing in the middle of the road and then clearly proceeds to the right side of the road (if you look at it from the back/from where it's recording), accross the front of the truck, to where he tried to grab the jogger- and he admitted himself he earlier "told him to stop" because he thought he "looked" like burglary suspect (as if someone can just tell you to stop, on a public road, under the threat of a gun, just because they "think" you look like someone).

And what a nice reasoning...groundless "citizen arrest" first (assault with a deadly weapon) and then "stand your ground". Stand your ground defense does not work if you started it all, fyi.
As to what a shot through the "right hand palm" is consistent with... it's called defensive wound. You can literally see how the runner guy is trying and trying to push the gun barrel away from himself. And sounds like the first shot was fired before any physical contact, even.

It was like watching the end of Easy Rider movie.

OP: I recommend adding a disclaimer before the video. While I know that a lot of people've already shared it, we are watching someone die.

Whether we'll see "justice" achieved for Arbery, though, isn't self evident. But I hope we do.
