Less cops? Cut their pay so they only make minimum wage? Good luck with that. If anything, shouldn’t we increase the funding for the police so they can get better training to prevent things like George Floyd happening again? Maybe the cities that want to defund them should, then they can see how bad things would be in their cities. Somebody robbing your house? Too bad. A creep raping you? Tough luck. School shooting? You’re on your own.
What exactly is this movement trying to accomplish?
More destabilization of the country. Making it weaker, thru more economic drain, and wasted time and resources. More open to attack from external, and internal enemies.
This is an organized fifth column movement. These same types of "protests" are occuring in other western countries as well. Use some critical thinking skills and process it.
Increases the murder rate by at least 50%, as occurred when they recently defunded the Police in Baltimore.
Gives criminals and criminal wannabes butterflies in their stomachs at the prospect of being able to buy and smoke more drugs with impunity, or worse if they are worse sociopaths.
Gives people who are scared of White people schadenfreude at the prospect of destroying society.
Temporarily validates the choice to be extremely dumb (before things actually go to hell).
If anything, we should be throwing more money into training police properly
We don't agree often, but you are correct. Training costs money also hiring more officers does too.
The town we currently live in, the city council approves the wages for the city to hire another police officer. Until they do that, they are forced to make due with who they have.
That's sorta big if you got hard feelings against armed robbery.
