Umpires don’t make the rules, they apply them. The role of an umpire and a judge is critical. They make sure everybody plays by the rules, but it is a limited role. Nobody ever went to a ball game to see the umpire."

In several cases Roberts has ignored the rules and created laws that were expressly against the will of Congress, which is the only branch of government authorized to make laws.

For lying to Congress, a felony, Roberts should be impeached.
If you object to SCOTUS candidates lying, then you should be wanting to impeach other right-leaning justices, too, starting with Kavanagh.

HAHA, next case you will love him.
Back and forth.

The reason you have beef with the Supreme Court is congress has neglected to do their job for 10 years. This country has hung every major policy decision in the last 10 years on lawsuits and outside groups.

Right now the stalemate is Mcconnell who is only putting judges through so expect more disappointment. Politicians are horrible at knowing how Judges will vote before placing on the bench.

Odds of picking a judge that votes a certain way has the same odds of picking a Star Player with longevity as the 1st pick of the NFL draft, its a crapshoot.

That came out of his tweet mouth today.

He said that in 2019 or 18 ? I’ll have to look but -Repeating his same thoughts. They don’t like me.

The reason it's important for Congress to decide these political questions is that the people vote for Congress. They don't vote for Supreme Court judges. You may be celebrating this decision because you like the outcome, but there is nothing to stop the unelected and unaccountable Supreme Court from legislating in a way you DON'T like in the future.

All four liberal judges and Roberts are rogues who don't understand the separation of powers. Or, if they do understand it, they don't care about it. They're drunk on their own power and think the Supreme Court is more important than the other two branches of government.
And apparently Gorsuch too. We have maybe 3 conservatives on the Court if that.

Show me where Kavanaugh lied to Congress and maybe I'll agree with you.

Whether or not Congress is passing laws is irrelevant. It is not up to the Executive or Judiciary to usurp Congress's powers and duties. Congress NOT passing laws IS Congress acting.

The Democrats has no problem finding ideologues to vote a certain way. The Dem appointed justices vote as a block on every major case. There is never a surprise.

Trumps constant vanity is disgusting. Everything is about him or his thin skin. Like they always have to be on the same page all the time...

What's disgusting is to make that false claim. It's obvious that some of the SC Justices vote based on opinion and emotion rather than Constitutional law.

SCOTUS's are in service to the constitution, not to "the will of Congress". Your complaint is almost as silly as Trump's tweet that indicates he thinks that the SCOTUS is a popularity contest. Until you both understand their role, you might do better to remain on the sidelines. Listen and learn, grasshopper....
