Rayshard Brooks was no angel. He was on probation for 4 crimes including cruelty to children and faced going back to prison if charged with a DUI. He blew a 0.108 and resisted when police tried to cuff him. This is the man who was drunk and passed out in the Wendy's drive thru.

Interesting what you find when you dig deeper

Rayshard's past charges were: False Imprisonment
Single Battery
Family Battery
Felony Cruelty
Cruelty to Children

The media's probably very conveniently not mentioning these facts. I believe he had charges in Ohio and Georgia by the way.

We knew it was a matter of time before we started talking about criminal records.

Of course not. They just show video of the mother crying that he was a great father! Really? To get battery charges he had to have struck the kids and went to jail for it. Cruelty to children means he did something henious like maybe starve them or something awful.

The guy was real piece of garbage:

The crime is actually called “cruelty to children” and it is divided into 3 degrees. First degree cruelty to children requires that the person intentionally cause a child under the age of eighteen “cruel or excessive physical or mental pain.” Second degree cruelty to children only requires that the person cause such physical or mental pain with “criminal negligence” instead of any specific intent to cause harm. Third degree child cruelty is a different type of offense which involves a person who is engaged in fighting or some other type of violent conduct in the presence of a child. First degree cruelty to children carries a prison term from five to twenty years, second degree is punished by up to ten years in prison, and third degree child cruelty is a misdemeanor.

When you almost inevitably learn of the criminal record and nefarious past of the men involved in these police killings, it is not an indication that these men deserved to be killed by the police but it is an indication that they were not singled out because they were black. They were men whose lifestyles led to frequent negative contact with law enforcement.

I find it amazing that gullible misinformed people donate to these criminals (Like Floyd and Brooks) as if they were some kind of hero. Why not donate to someone with cancer or a mom who's husband was killed on a job site and they had 5 kids? Why the love for these criminals?

The more Floyd's baby mama cried, the more the MILLIONS went up. The more the brother cried and said cops were killers, the BIGGER the fund went. They know exactly what they are doing. They even nudged the 6 year old in an interview and she talked like her mama prompted her, saying things to tug at the hearts of America to get a bigger piece of the pie. They are disgusting and all the money they crafted should go to the pregnant women he robbed and terrorized.

What an excellent post, well done.

Also wanted to add that it was store owners who called the police on both people, dispelling the notion they were randomly racially profiled.

Exactly! They want to play the "racial profiling race card" The Wendy's manager called the police. Nobody else. This was no "racial profile" where you pick the black man sitting in his car....Offender: You are being cuffed because you are DRUNK! That is called a DUI. Everybody goes to jail and pays a fine of $10,000, except in his case, he KNEW he was going back to prison so he resisted, ran, grabbed the taser, fired the taser at the officer. In Georgia, that is considered a lethal weapon. The officer was afraid he would tase him and then take his gun. I hope this turns out fair for the officer, the cop haters want him to fry.
