Actually, that's not entirely true. Numerous public health "experts" (political activists) said that it was OK to protest for racial justice but not OK to protest for other causes.

she thought that covid would not infect the protestors since she was one of them. She thought the virus only attacks conservatives and people going to church, and restaurant owners. oh and those people who will never get their once in a life time chance of - marriages not happening, graduations not happening like normal, going to church, visiting sick in the hospital and nursing homes, people could not go to funerals, but oh yeah, protestors were given a huge pass.

Well, she found out that covid attacks anyone. Stupid she is.

Journalism is dead in mainstream America.

Unsurprisingly, the DNC operatives posing as journalists at CBS did not comment on whether Mayor Bottoms was a part of the riots/protests. Indeed she was:

Remember the good old days when the left was gloating about anti-shutdown activists coming down with COVID-19? Well, karma's here for ya. I wish the mayor a speedy recovery.
Sounds like you are trying to sell the idea she got the virus from the protest, but if she was there on June 4th (as your article states), then it is impossible she caught the virus there, since the incubation period is 2-14 days.

No doubt some people caught the virus while protesting, but its not true in her case. Your article also says she was there trying to get people to go home.

"This is chaos, a protest has purpose. So if you love this city, this city that has had a legacy of black mayors, and black police chiefs, and people who care about this city where more than 50 percent of the business owners in Metro Atlanta are minority business owners -- If you care about this city then go home," - Bottoms.
