By that very action, I can easily call people who rip down Confederate statues heroes.
And that is your right. You’ve made it clear that you support the removal of these statues and nobody has beat you up or threatened you in any way for speaking your mind. Fair is fair!
Bevelyn committed a crime and got arrested. I don't support what she did. The difference is the police actually arrested her because DeBlasio cares so much about his mural he has it protected with 26 cops. While at the same time he is REMOVING police from people who need their protection. Mural--protected. People---not protected.
You are correct, she committed a crime and got arrested for it. So did Rosa Parks, when she sat in a "whites only" seat on the bus. They both committed crimes, and they both got arrested for it. As they should have, lest we devolve into anarchy for not obeying the laws. But I support what both of them did, 100 percent.
In her case we can let God decide, I only judge her actions not her beliefs. Jesus was not political, and I am certain if the sign on the road read,,, WLM or all lives matter - and she trashed it, you would be on the other side of this coin. and you have a right to your opinion, my hubby died for that freedom, so be free to express it.
Your dramatics are severely over the top here. I know you are a Vet’s widow and I understand and appreciate the sacrifice your family has made. I truly do. That doesn’t give you a moral edge however in these discussions.
Additionally, you can’t help yourself from making silly emotional statements such as the bolded above. As long as you frame your arguments with ridiculous rhetoric like the above, it’s pointless to discuss these matters with you. Your mind is clearly made up.
As soon as I retire I’m partnering with a black friend. I’ll give him hell while he films me and we will split the proceeds from his gofundme page.

There shouldn't be any signs on the road. Period. Not Black Lives Matter, not All Lives Matter, not Puppies Are Cute, not Bus Man Is Awesome. The only pavement markings that should be on the road are the white and yellow lines that delineate traffic flow.
So protesting and showing support for the statement, movement, and cause that Black Lives Matter is wrong, unconstitutional, and are criminals but then somebody vandalized a mural put up by the government that’s okay. You guys are really hypocritical. Sad you don’t believe the Statement that Black Lives Matter
I can turn that right around on ya...
If you had previously made apologies or excuses for those vandalizing historical statues, you are a hypocrite if you are offended by someone vandalizing a BLM mural.

Are you open minded on the issue?
Pretty much every one who posts here has there mind made up.

Sorry to hear about the death of your husband. A thank you is not enough for his (And your) sacrifice, but thank you.
Hey, I think we actually agree on something. God will be the ultimate judge and we will all probably learn a thing or two from him when we meet, and we do all have a right to our opinion and be able to express it. The cancel culture wants to take away that right but I digress.
I would hope if it was a WLM or ALL sign I would feel the same way. I believe in the BLM slogan but not the group. They as a group are literally finding support from our enemies around the globe. This raises alarm bells in my mind. Anyway, I think it’s dumb that they painted these in the first place on the street. That paint tends to get slippery when it rains and could cause accidents.
