Absolutely. There are groups of over 100 kids meeting in the loop every Saturday night now. They attack vehicles. An Uber driver thought he and his passengers would be killed when they broke the windows with a pitchfork and tried to drag them out.
Lighthouse and Kim Foxx are out to destroy Chicago.
