Sure, institutionalize them like we used to do ... oh wait a minute ... according to progressives, those were the bad ‘ol days, when mentally ill people were corralled like animals in those awful sanitariums.

Like a snake eating its tail.

He has not had a trial yet, so we cannot call him "Guilty" yet.

Read the article. It says he has been CHARGED (accused) with the crime, but that doesn't mean he's guilty.

I blame Reagan for his shutting down Mental hospitals and such. Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act. Like THAT did any good.

Yes, it is progressives and conservatives fault for expecting a better outcome. It is the fault of the US and every institution within it for forcing all the wrong people to inhabit the same soil.

I didn't say that you didn't.

Just like your concept is confused in terms of your inference that I did not acknowledge that you meant what you said.

Sure they are synonyms in this context.

No one "creates" anger in another person anymore than anyone creates the impulse to murder someone else.

All people create their own anger and are in charge of their own emotions. Sometimes it is justified, and sometimes it isn't.

Nevertheless, every person is in charge of their own emotions. No one creates them. We are not possessed beings.

That we are in charge of our own behavior and emotions is a cornerstone of being civilized people.

Which is especially illustrated in the current climate of false narrative:

when we have riots and murders occurring because the media "stokes" or "creates" its own anger that it feels against its perceived enemies, and then suggests that other groups do the same.

These groups then lash out violently, predicated on a false narrative. They are acting unjustly because they do not take responsibility for their emotions and actions, and instead ascribe their control to an outside force. Another outside force then takes that opportunity to manipulate their emotions for its own purposes.

BS. No society has ever tried to integrate Blacks before, or has given them so much. We gave 500k lives for their freedom, and it largely wasn't even the families of the soldiers who were slaveholders. They didn't owe Blacks but gave anyway, and their ancestors don't owe them now.

Still, Blacks are given every opportunity when they can master their impusles, emotions, discipline, and behavior. Those that do go on to do great things. Those that don't blame others and have the potential to act violently as a result. That potential is harnessed by outsiders that these mobs allow to control their emotions and behavior.

These people are violent, period. As indicated by the high crime rates.

Here they are brawling because some flights got cancelled:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YYa6Vjtr_5Q

The above behavior in the video and the riots and murders are the same exact thing. It comes from the same exact place.

There is no "centuries of built up anger". Even the poor here live better than anywhere else, and many are not poor. This is an outrage of violent impulse and bad behavior because these people refuse to take responsibility for themselves as individuals who are in control of what they think, say, feel, and do.

Will anyone ever understand? When people hate you, they will hate you no matter what. The only solution is permanent separation. But then it’s the majority collective of seeking out some group to owe their group some sort of assimilation and appreciation although the minority group never cared one bit about the culture nor assimilation. It’s once again the fantasy world mentality.

And that is what progressives had been pushing for for years.

Clearly we are failing society and those people with what we have been doing the last 30 years.

Well, it’s a money and looks society. If one has neither and are too mentally ill to achieve and acquire as everyone else wants, then this is what happens. If no one is willing to divide up society according to who fits best together, plus take the time and money to remove people who are a constant threat to society, then this is how it’s going to be.

Very true, this is pretty much the only thing that we can extrapolate from this story at this point.
