Read the article. It says he has been CHARGED (accused) with the crime, but that doesn't mean he's guilty.

I’m pretty sure everyone here knows how the legal system works. We are here to comment on things that happen and add to the political discourse on this board, it is the court’s job to determine guilt or innocence. We can only go off of the evidence and information that we have now, and it seems to point towards this guy being the murderer.
It’s a good thing that we aren’t members of the jury at his trial.
