I was going to say his parting goodby speech, but it seems even then he was doing his corrupt best to undermine the incoming president and play dirty politics by lying to have an investigation. He has finally been identified along with slow Joe and having been complicit in the scandal..

I will give Trump some credit where credit is due for the prison reform, the right to try drugs, some deregulation etc.
