This association was why there was a warrant for her residence.
This idea that we need to murder people before they can perhaps fluch evidence down the toilet as a reason for no knock raids has to end.

She wasn't a Queenpin. She wasn't ordering hits and whatnot.

She broke off from him. Her ex used her to do his dirty work. Put stuff, including his car, in her name and put her address as his residence.

However, good police work can correctly check that out. But there were a lot of mistakes, here.

That’s not Common Sense. Curfews need to be at no later than 6 pm to work.
They need to start BEFORE Dark. That’s exactly the way it was when my City was under Marshall Law in 1970 right after a Hurricane when they KNEW the Lotters would be moving in.

ANYONE on the Streets after 6 pm would immediately be arrested .... no excuses.
THAT is common sense.

So if an officer shoots someone they should automatically charged with murder in your mind?

What some people are failing to understand here, is that BOTH Walker and the police had legal right to defend themselves.

This is why Walker, who was initially charged, had all charges dropped. Castle Doctrine and all, even though that concept doesn't necessarily apply in the cases of police entering property.

And this is why none of the officers were charged with the death of Breonna either. You know, the same concept of self defense. So it's okay according to the SJWs for Walker to have no charges yet the officers should be charged for the exact same thing? Jeezus.

The wanton endangerment charge was really the only option they had to appease the mob.

This is exactly true, but you can't expect a lynch mob out for blood to care about things like the law.

Well...……………………………………⠀¦.. we have these things called laws that everyone used to obey. And we also had a process called "due process".

I know democrats don't agree with the law, The Constitution, or western civilization, but that is how things are conducted until the dems burn everything down and revert the nation to feudal rule by warlord.

These lynch mobs in the year 2020 reminds me of lynch mobs during civil right era.
