What some people are failing to understand here, is that BOTH Walker and the police had legal right to defend themselves.
This is why Walker, who was initially charged, had all charges dropped. Castle Doctrine and all, even though that concept doesn't necessarily apply in the cases of police entering property.
And this is why none of the officers were charged with the death of Breonna either. You know, the same concept of self defense. So it's okay according to the SJWs for Walker to have no charges yet the officers should be charged for the exact same thing? Jeezus.
The wanton endangerment charge was really the only option they had to appease the mob.
This is exactly true, but you can't expect a lynch mob out for blood to care about things like the law.
I guess I don't understand why no officers were charged directly with her shooting. She didn't shoot herself.
Well...……………………………………⠀¦.. we have these things called laws that everyone used to obey. And we also had a process called "due process".
I know democrats don't agree with the law, The Constitution, or western civilization, but that is how things are conducted until the dems burn everything down and revert the nation to feudal rule by warlord.
So you are a gun owner....with the gun in your night table. You are woken in the middle of a night with an attack -- you don't know who it is -- would you ask 'are you the police'? ....lol.
Kind of doesn't make sense.
No neighbors HEARD the police call out -- even the ones who reported the shooting.
Did they call out?
I suspect they f'd up and didn't make enough of a fuss, it wasn't a studio apartment..so when they entered di they scream again POLICE.....meh ---- I'm thinking they didn't...because again neighbors heard no warning shouts.
So the police messed up -- the guy woke up to an attack -- home invasion...he doesn't know.
Remember the old white guy who shot the kid knocking at the door asking for help ......yeah --- you all justified that.
I don't think they meant to kill Breanna. But they did. It was negligence......if I accidentally kill someone with my car I get charged.
A Grand Jury heard all the evidence and made the decision. The justice system is a jury of your peers yet people refuse to accept their verdict. Only blacks killed by white police are on the news, yet black children are being killed every day by other blacks in drive by shootings but that never makes the news. Why does it seem most people protesting and burning and looting are young, white people?

Just saying.
There are situations where both parties have a valid legal self defense justification, this is one of those cases. They are tragic, and are typically resolved in civil court.
Just because someone is dead does not mean that you need a hanging.
Warrant was for the right apartment.
Taylor's rental car had a dead body in the trunk.
Taylor bailed her drug dealing boyfriend out twice and visited him dozens of times in jail.
The drug dealing boyfriend said she handled the cash for him.
She was frequently seen at drop houses and he was seen taking packages from her apartment.
Police believed she was heavily involved in his drug deals.
The boyfriend in her apartment fired first and originally claimed that Taylor fired the weapon.
Police say they knocked loudly while the boyfriend says they didn't.
The ONLY thing that should be in question was whether they used proper procedure and whether they properly identified themselves. But the media is spreading a bunch of lies trying to make this bad news woman look like a saint.
Black Lives Matter MN, Communities United Against Police Brutality and other community groups have called a "Breonna Taylor emergency response rally" at 6 p.m. at the Minnesota State Capitol.
Plus the riots that will be starting in Louisvile.
Good thing it's "not organized".
