Trump paid $750 in federal income taxes in his home country the year that he won the presidency and then again within his first year in the White House.
However, Trump or his companies paid $15,598 in Panama, $145,400 in India and $156,824 in the Philippines, the Times reported.
The Times obtained Donald Trump’s tax information extending over more than two decades, revealing struggling properties, vast write-offs, an audit battle and hundreds of millions in debt coming due.
Oh no!! Now the walls will be closing and bombshells will be landing everywhere!!! Oh the humanity!! It's not even October yet, and the "surprises" are popping up all over.
Nobody will figure out that this happens every time a Republican president (sometimes a demonic too) is up for election or re-election.
It did happen with Hussein Obama and Benghazi, but the crack licking MSM and the demonic party covered for him. It should have sunk his second term. Hussein Obama will pay for Benghazi, in this world or in the afterlife, but he will pay for it.

I don't envy you trying to somehow spin this into a nothing burger. I will say this. There were claims by Democrats that Trump personally benefited from the tax cuts he passed. That was not true. Trump did not pay taxes before the tax cuts and did not after either.

As I mentioned, he boasted in 2016 that paying little in taxes shows that he’s smart. This is no shocker.
By now we all know that Trump's base will follow him over any cliff - no matter how high - just like the lemmings they really are.
But here's a shocker for you - the base does not make up the majority of Americans. Do you think all the moderate and undecided voters are going to be favorably impressed by a president who wiggles out of paying any real taxes while the rest of us bite the bullet and pay our own actual taxes year after year?
For the heck of it, take Trump's name out of it. Is there anyone in this country outside of the one percenters who thinks this is a fair system? It is simply appalling that a paper billionaire can live a lavish lifestyle with gold toilets, jet planes, and penthouses around the globe paying $750 in federal taxes while Joe Lunchbox is paying 15-25% of his lousy salary. Then we just gave them a trillion or so dollars in breaks that working America will have to pay back (as they don't pay taxes). It is sickening. I wanna do over. Where is Bernie?
Then you need to blame our Congress Critters like Joe Biden and Kamala who helped write laws which allowed write offs to this degree.
Like it or not, Trump was following the tax law to harvest tax losses.
His tax returns seem like typical real estate developer tax returns.
Obviously the "average Joes" on this board do not understand paper losses, write offs, and depreciation tax shelters.
It's not that difficult to develop/own commercial real estate and technically show a loss that shelters large gains.
Is it news that rich people hire the best tax accountants to utilize the tax code to the best of their advantage?
I will give you depreciation as a paper loss, but I think his losses are real, he is not a good businessman, & he often declared bankruptcy to avoid paying workers, who could not afford to loose a pay check.
I prefer some kind of integrity & old fashioned morals.
If he has large loans coming due, it seems he is not even a millionaire, let alone a billionaire on a balance sheet.
But some suckers will buy, he is.
