I did but I cannot determine if he was short of breath. There is not rise and fall in his neck muscles nor a typical severe multiple rise and fall in his chest. There is a grimace. There is no indication that it is related to shortness of breath. I would assume pain for the grimace.

Better video. After climbing stairs he was short of breath within normal perimeters. It lasted about 45 seconds. No use of accessory muscles in his neck can be seen which is a hallmark sign. The episode resolved on it's own and he was able to regain normal breath at the saluting. I see no reason for any other conclusions.
Doctors worry he may taking on very aggressive treatment because he's a VIP and the Walter Reed staff will give him what he asks for (and remdesivir has been in the news a lot).
