If someone dies of a heartattack and tested + for Covid19, they're marked as a Covid19 in that 200,000 statistic.

We will need to wait for years end, and see just how many more deaths we had this year than prior.

He was taken by helicopter for security reasons, it's much safer compare to driving. Just because you saw multiple doctor standing outside do not mean all of them were part of treatment. Lastly when you're in the hospital, yes multiple doctors are involved in your treatment.
