Exactly.

An "alpha" just is....he doesn't have to constantly try and reinforce that image of himself. A beta wants to be the alpha and will work tirelessly to replace the alpha in the hierarchy. Trump is actually a classic beta...his dad was probably more of an Alpha if we're being honest.

The only dudes in my life that I have heard use Alpha and Beta to refer to an indivdual human-being were people who were really insecure.

If I was a woman and stumbled upon a dude referring to himself as an Alpha or a Gamma male I would run far away.
