As a person with a pre-existing condition, it scares me to think we could have SCOTUS over turn the ACA and Trump/Pence won't have anything lined up, if they win the election.

What's even worse is that this presidency, is supporting to revocation of the law that provides over 20 million people health coverage, during the middle of a pandemic.

They, at no point in this presidency, came up with a plan that would pass and protect pre-existing conditions.

Trump said they would cover for pre-existing conditions.

Harris gave that reply while trying to claim nothing Biden would do, would diminish job creation.

She tripped over the most obvious far-left contradiction.

Who does she think creates most of those jobs?

This is the same thing Biden did with the democrat violence and rioting this year. He was quiet as a mouse until he realized that normal people don't support it, and then he came out months after it happened (and after the DNC) and says he doesn't support it.
you're talking about when he said he would ban subsidies for it? Thats a different question. But you know that.

LOL. And Trump is telling violent groups to "stand by" while he refuses to say he will accept losing. Quite the contrast. Thanks for that.

3 1/2 years into his presidency, and in the middle of a pandemic no doubt, and we still have "says" instead of "read in chapter 1, section 12 of his plan."

That's an abject failure to act, no matter where you stand on healthcare.

Good luck with that. Theyve learned from watching you.
Interesting. You attack Trump for power grabs and "fascism" but then excuse this.

What's more of a power grab than the legislative and executive branches taking over the judicial branch and installing extra judges of their persuasion to offset the will of the voters.

That's pretty wild that you wouldn't want to know that answer!

Just like Kamala said. Pence lied through his teeth.
It’s hard to argue with facts.

As Pence pointed out, by the end of the debate and three separate refusals by Harris to answer the question, the answer was clear: Harris/Biden would definitely stack the Court, adding a number of new seats and stocking them with far-left Constitution-haters.

Whats more? Well how about refusing to do your job 9 months before the election to hold a vote on one? Its hypocritical of you to even mention the will of the people. What.....yeah.

Refusing to accept the results of a election? You know...as BOTH Trump and Pence have refused to say the would accept. What to any normal american would be a softball question.

And theres NOTHING that says its 9 judges on the supreme court. and changing the number of justices has been brought up by prior presidents as well.

The thing is....heres a quick easy answer-if the Republicans dont act like giant hypocrites and replace a SC judge while we are in a election after having said that the people should decide that with 9 months left in Obamas term? Then of course they wont stack the court.
But if Republicans try to have it both ways? Dont vote in a new SC with 9 months.....but now in the middle of a election do it? Your side needs clean hands before you make this argument. And they dont have them.

Yeah let's see...people in PA care about:

a. Fracking (their jobs, our energy independence)

or

b. the "Proud Boys" (a group barely anyone who doesn't tweet all day has ever even heard of).

Hmmmmmm.
