While watching it live it seemed like Harris was going on for a long time. I thought it was just because she was boring and had nothing to say.
You cite campaign speeches. We are talking about a disease that has up to a 14-day incubation period and half the people who test positive never have any symptoms at all, and the World Health Organization was telling everyone it wasn’t easy to get. They lied. I do not think any president would have been able to stop this virus deliberately sent by China.
Since Hillary didn’t win, all we have to go on is what she had to say three years before the pandemic actually arrived. She would have been prepared and had a plan in place to meet it head on.
Makes you wonder a bit at what Trump was doing for the last three years. It obviously had nothing to do with planning ahead for predictable contingencies.

You could tell Harris was visibly rattled when someone dared to backtalk her. Kam-kam is usually the one browbeating everyone around her, and is the queen of softballs. Imagine having the opportunity to interview a woman running as VP..and you asker her who is her favorite rapper? REALLY?
Unfortunately Kamala hates blacks unless she’s locking them up, so she doesn’t know anything about what black people would like.
I love how Pence also didn't address the moderators statement that we have one of the highest rate of deaths per 100k regarding Covid-19.
I will say this though. Kamala could have done a total KO regarding Covid-19 if she would have asked why Taiwan and South Korea, couunyries that are more densely populated than the US and closer to the origin of the outbreak, were able to get a handle of Covid-19 and had a much lower mortality rate than the US.
Yes. Islands and peninsulas with compliant, homogenous cultures and a massive infrastructure spying on their population. That's a stupid comparison.
Pence should have said we are pretty similar to all of western Europe. We would be better if not for New York and New Jersey sending patients back to nursing homes.

That's all they can say on social media. Do you really feel the need to lie? Harris got smoked. Pence got a fly.
It was a bloodbath. Trump is the only one who can get away with the continual distractions and changing the subject...anyone else trying it get quickly exposed and looks absolutely foolish, like Pence tonight.
His failure to address these will not resonate well with a majority of Americans.
He doesn't support domestic terrorism, the Democrats do.
