WASHINGTON — President Barack Obama will hit the campaign trail next week on behalf of Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden, adding a potent voice to the Biden campaign’s efforts to increase turnout and enthusiasm in the final days of the 2020 presidential campaign.

Obama is scheduled to appear at an event for his former vice president and close friend on Wednesday, Oct. 21, in the battleground state of Pennsylvania, according to a release from the Biden campaign.

We know Obama campaigned for Hillary will it help or hurt Biden?
Biden cannot engage in normal campaign activities, especially when he is notorious for all of the gaffes, so that shouldn't surprise anyone. Also, turn-outs at Biden's rallies are very low, so his former boss has to do the campaigning for him.

In my opinion it'll neither hurt nor help Biden.

I don't think it will make much of a difference. Most Democrats in this election will either vote along party lines ie they've always voted Democrat and why change now or they vote Democrat because they don't like Trump.

Very few Democrats in this election vote (D) because Biden is the candidate.

Joe Hiden is, well, hiding, so someone has to get out there.

I think most people will see through the act and realize there's something wrong with Joe.
