I don't go around kissing strangers' children? Don't know anyone who does... I wouldn't want some stranger kissing my children on the cheek, forehead, or where ever...
I don't care if it is a politician, celebrity, or who ever.. I wouldn't 1) let them use my kid as a prop 2) kiss them.
Anyways.. certainly not "molestation"... that's pretty low to accuse anyone of that without real proof.
