The alt-right’s claim that PA legislature can appoint false electors to vote for Trump is just wrong
The legislature would have to pass legislation to do that and the governor would just veto it
So that option is not an option

Trump supporters are just like HRC’s who felt cheated by his win in 2016
Your advice to us
He won—get over it

Our advice to you—Biden won—get over it

Poll none of the above, to many silly questions. He won’t resign before Inauguration Day. Just as gore had a right to question some votes, so did Trump.

Trump will NEVER EVER willingly resign or leave office! His ego would not allow it.

I couldn't find that option either. What can you expect from people who use MSM as their "bible"? Not very darn much!

So many questionable "events" during the voting process that have yet to be investigated. I truly thought at a minimum, that the Democrats were highly educated enough to know that MSM doesn't officially do squat when it comes to naming the winner of a national election.

I think Trump will refuse to leave the White House when the day comes. He will cry and claw the furniture, and they'll have to bring in law enforcement to pry his hands off and carry him out. He will trash the place before he leaves, like a low-class disgruntled, petulant squatter in an immature dispute with their landlord. Won't surprise me.

How does one pardon another who has yet to be charged, let alone convicted of a crime?

Yes that does seem problematic but it is what Ford did for Nixon when he left the White House
Nixon got a blanket pardon and he had not even been impeached
But the GOP then had cojones and told Nixon there were enough votes in the Senate to do it
So Nixon resigned vs being impeached and forced out

Nixon had broken laws and could have been charged since the tapes proved he knew and promoted many of the bad actions carried out against Muskie and others
Ford did it to “heal” the country but personally (and I remember it happening) I thought the country would have healed better and more honestly if Nixon had been charged AND punished
Let the GOP reap what one of its own running amok did

Same with Trump or Bush, Reagan or Clinton or whoever—if they broke the law then they are not above the law

I don't know if he will, but Trump could pardon his kids, then resign and let Pence pardon him afterward.

All that may hinge on any actual charges brought forth on any/all of them. With no charges, it would be hard to make a preemptive pardon stick under a legal challenge.

Hard to say anything about this, as nothing has ever happened before. The closest historical example is Richard Nixon's resignation, and he resigned after impeachment proceedings began in the Senate.

Those charges were what he was pardoned for, but as a blanket pardon, it included anything that could arise out of an impeachment along with the impeachment itself.

At that time, the disgrace of impeachment was thought to be sufficient punishment for any President.

It was for Nixon, who wanted an ambassadorship afterward, but was never welcomed back into the centers of GOP power again. Even though Nixon continued to fund-raise for his party, doing a good job of it, he remained outcast for the rest of his life.
