I really didn't like Ginsburg, but she would still stand for an individual against the government some of the time. She was ocassionally on the same side as Scalia. Sotomayor just blindly votes for whatever the progressive result is.
I don't have any problem with Kagan (except of course she is a liberal).

Honestly, the votes just aren't there for Trump no matter how many recounts he wants. Our country has spoken just like we do every election. He lost and you just have to accept it. I really wish he would accept it and stop being such a baby about it.

Wow. Seriously. Trump lifted tons out of poverty, lowest black unemployment ever, prison reform, he commuted sentences for AAs in prison for non violent drug crimes, I forget what it’s called but the big thing he did a couple months ago in Atlanta. That’s just for starters.
Joe Biden has done nothing for blacks by comparison. If anything he’s thrown tons into prison. And Biden’s the one that’s said documented, horrendously racist things yet people like you voted for him.
