One example pops to mind: voters were given an opportunity to cure their ballots in Democrat-leaning counties but not in Republican-leaning counties. Also, if people whose votes for Trump were switched to Biden, and people whose voter for Biden all were allowed to stand, then Trump voters were not treated equally.
That is an issue for their county election board, not the federal court. IF the county board did not allow curing and was acting against the law then they are to blame. You do not punish other voters in other counties that were following the law because one county board did not. If they try to invalidate all of those other votes in counties that were following the law you are disenfranchising them for the actions of a board in another county.
That is part of the current case that Rudy is arguing in PA. I don't see him succeeding based on his performance in court this week or based on his filings yesterday.
my opinion is that the "unpatriotic acts" are happening on the parts of rudy, sydnee & co for intentionally undermining the trust in a legitimate election.
If fraud is proven and the win ultimately goes to Trump, the far-left animals will be on a rampage, destroying everything in their path and assaulting innocent people - including women with baby strollers. It will not be safe to leave the house.

The democrats have caused the US to be a political embarrassment. Fraud this widespread has been isolated to third world banana republics and the US has had fairly free and fair elections.
Unfortunately, the modern dem has gone insane and they were willing to risk the very foundation of the US (free elections) to get rid of Trump and install someone friendly to big tech and China.
This is the biggest political story in over a hundred years. The democrats have fortunately exposed themselves and their fraud machine will be dismantled and those responsible will be tried and convicted.
Democrats will be eating crow, rather than turkey, for the holidays and should be ashamed of themselves for helping the dem party in their coup attempt. Perhaps this will wake up the few honest dems left and reveal their error in judgement.
