It states that he was born on 11-03-1923 and died on 11-12-2020 First clue is that he died after the election which was on November 3rd, but just for kicks I thought I would see if he voted or not so I went here: https://www.pavoterservices.pa.gov/p...ttracking.aspx And entered Mr. Lockards DOB and county of Residence and this is the response.

Check for yourself, there are no where near 40,000 names on that site, I would guess there are 70 or 80. I checked a few more and it's just a joke in one he claims that someone is using the identity of a dead 3 year old who died in a different county than where they claim the vote was recorded. An article on "Natural News" says that someone named Robert Barnes and claims his website has over 500 records of dead people voting or irregularities in voting or fraudulent ballots. 500 is not even close to 40,000 but he might get there one day since his website is open for people to add any information they want.
You'll need more than a DOB/county match to prove this.
All you need to say is that he died just after the election, making it a suspect entry rather than proof of the living dead.
I've already pointed out that there are errors in that list (including some with dates in the wrong places) as do hereistheevidence.com. Those aren't grounds for disqualifying a whole dataset. That's not how data analysis works. You need to give statistical arguments.
There are many more than 70 in the list. I'm presuming they are the ones verified so far to have risen from the grave to vote.

Christensen, Blalock and Kesler are all registered as deceased. The error was in the data match, with people that have the same names (but different dates of birth). It is extraordinarily sloppy, but hardly surprising for the MSM in this day and age.
With this list we have sources to verify the match for ourselves.
