According to the attorney when asked by the judge in court they did have observers in the room at all times. Was Trump's attorney lying to the judge under oath?
Odd statement from someone who says they have read the cases.
If you read the testimony in this case you would know that the observers were sometimes over 100 ft from the activity they wanted to observed.
Why do you keep posting this incorrect information?
She did say in the interview that she doesn't say things she can't prove.
and what was she saying? that she has tangible proof that there was fraud in the 2020 election or that the voting machines were capable of this and that?
Here we go again: Smartmatic and Dominion have no connection. According to Smartmatic:

In addition to quoting Rudy, Newsweek also took the time to dig up the corresponding Dominion denial:

The reason for bringing Smartmatic in, of course, is because it was involved in the Venezuelan election. Allowing Sidney Powell to go on in great detail about a how a fraudulent count there supposedly worked. She has an affidavit about Smartmatic and Venezuela.
