It's time to face it--although they are definitely leftist, they are primarily a bunch of criminal, punk thugs who just want to kill, injure, and burn. They are in it for the violence and the "cause" is secondary, if there is even a cause.
Let me give you a parallel from history: during the Civil War in the Missouri area, there was a "Confederate partisan group" (guerillas) led by a man named Bill Anderson (or, as he has come to be named, "Bloody Bill"). He claimed to be fighting for the Confederacy, and he was to an extent, but from the several books I have read about him, he and his men were essentially in it to kill, maim, and destroy. And they often just indiscriminately killed, tortured, burned homes, etc. Sometimes even their "own people" (confederates). They were just very violent people looking for an excuse to be violent.
THAT is exactly what we have in Antifa and BLM. Violent thugs looking for an excuse to be violent. Taken to it's logical conclusion, they are essentially future Nazi death camp staff working their way up the ladder of atrocities. It will just keep getting worse until we, as a society, realize that we need to neutralize their movement.

It's a dumb meme that these people support Biden or Democrats. The far right in America loves Trump. That doesn't mean the far left loves Biden.
Maybe not, but why did the violence happen in Democrat controlled cities in democrat controlled states even one mayor said that she wouldn’t interfere and called it the Summer of Love but had to eat her words when they were killing each other.
This should put to rest that the vast majority of Democrats want nothing to do with Antifa, just like the vast majority of Republicans want nothing to do with the KKK and White Power movements although some on Team Red need to do a better job at letting that known more.
