Been hearing a lot more about just doing an amicable divorce and bypassing a bloody civil war nobody wants. It would fantastic to get rid of all the crazy lefties in one shot, but it is even feasible? We would definitely go down a peg in world standing

We're not barreling anywhere. There is nothing further I can add without getting infracted although you truly deserve it.

I agree with you about the leftists but separation isn't the solution. Neither is a civil war, at least in the traditional sense.

The left didn't like Trump and the right doesn't like Biden. Deep dislike on both sides regarding policies and personalities, and a deeper divide in ideology. Nobody wants to budge an inch as it looks like they're giving in. It used to be there was common ground that could be agreed upon, but not anymore. All we hear are insults going both ways about how wrong the other side is.

I think what it's going to take is someone to come along that both sides actually like. Someone that can mend the fences but we don't have that now, and it might take a while before we do.

The only barrelling is in the minds of people with their heads so far up Trump's behind they can't see reality.

We are a nation under a constitution, not 2 party politics.

We need an “Independence” party in the middle. Screw the Democrats and Republicans.

The only separation is the lunatic fringe from their senses.

And what makes you so high and mighty? See, people like you are the problem, not the solution. You bring nothing to the table except making things worse.

I don't know, I've been hearing it from both sides and discussed more often just in the past week as the best solution to the problem. The Timcast IRL show tonight had a good discussion
