The "No confirmed deaths" mantra isn't as foolproof as you seem to think. All it means is they haven't confirmed them. It means nothing else. There are any number of reasons why they might not have confirmed the 4k deaths and tens of thousands of injuries. It proves nothing. Just like the VAERS deaths proves nothing.
What people are saying is that 4k death reports should raise alarm. The European reporting shows even more deaths and injuries. In twenty years they didn't have this many deaths reported for all vaccines combined.

Just curious....imagine a hypothetical scenario where the vaccine did kill 4k people and injure tens of thousands more. Should that vaccine be halted? Should it be mandated?

Don’t you think they should evaluate the vaccine induced myocarditis in kids before proceeding? Kids are extremely low risk when it comes to covid and the vaccine should halted for this age group until there is a rigorous investigation. Or we could just keep using kids as guinea pigs. It’s not ethical but whatever.

So, if the government is backlogged and we can't CONFIRM the deaths for months, then what? We vaccinate everyone and...ignore the mounting VAERS reports...and hope for the best?
I am not speculating. I'm expressing a reasonable concern.
And define a 'confirmed' death. A patient's doctor might 'confirm.' My daughter had a meningitis vaccine injury and her doctor confirmed it. Do I need the High Priests of the CDC to give their blessing, or it didn't happen?
