Confirmation from independent sources won't matter, without the government's blessing.
At the very least, the mandates need to be halted. A strongly worded recommendation needs to come from the government that this vaccine should not be mandated by any employer, school, or university, until all of the VAERS reports are thoroughly investigated. Each and every one, and not simply by doing some kind of statistical comparison.

The CDC has explained the deaths after reviewing the evidence already. VAERS received 4,647 reports of death (0.0017%) among people who received a COVID-19 vaccine. CDC and FDA physicians review each case report of death as soon as notified and CDC requests medical records to further assess reports. A review of available clinical information, including death certificates, autopsy, and medical records has not established a causal link to COVID-19 vaccines.
Why do antivaxxers on this forum refer to VARS but refuse to accept the CDC's conclusion on the death rates. The CDC never said there was 0 deaths directly related to the vaccine. This is why they ask you a series of questions about your medical history I'm assuming if you answer yes to any of that they won't give you the vaccine.
Eventually 80 to 90% of Americans will be vaccinated and the only ones left will be the hardcore conspiracy theorist. Non vaccinated can be restricted where they go have to continue to wear a mask with use of the vaccine passport. Eventually these restrictions reduce it down to 5-8% those people.
In my state [Florida], the governor has banned businesses from requiring vaccine passports. So in all likelihood that will never happen in Florida.
I doubt we will hit anything beyond 70% vaccinated. The fact we got to 60% is because schools are coercing students into getting vaccinated.
Why would you expect that claims would be individually investigated with case-specific findings? From what I've seen analysts look for patterns - reported by doctors, hospitals, and, yes, quite possibly VAERS. Then study those patterns - with investigations arising when ages, symptom groupings etc. do not match what might be anticipated in the larger population.
This then is made public even preliminarily, if only to help medical personnel recognize and treat and report those possible complications. For example, the unusual blood clot issue in vector vaccines.
The Phase 3 trials large as they were cannot always capture unusual events that could be related to a vaccine-connected syndrome. Of course, individuals should make the best possible decision for themselves. But vaccines connected to a death somewhere (which very likely is the case, with the elderly patients in the Norway nursing home coming to mind) certainly didn't stop me or many others from protecting ourselves against covid.
But back to VAERS - has that system EVER been used to investigate then close each individual case? You appear to be saying that it should be. I honestly don't know but think it unlikely. Maybe I'm wrong.
Each case should be investigated and many pro vaccine for all proponents claim that they are being investigated. Looking for patterns is not good enough when rolling out a very new vaccine that is not even FDA approved and has no track record in regards to long term safety.

Take young people 25-34 for example. About 130 die per 100 thousand per year.
So, let's say you have a group of 1 million , about 1300 are expected to die in any given year. That's about 4 a day. Any questions?
