We already have martial law courtesy of the plandemic. It wasn't Trump, it was the crackpot Governors that declared it.
Usurper Joe is a traitor, so yeah, the military might balk at having him take over. Especially when it was obvious he never won the election but stole it. The military IS sworn to protect the country from all enemies, foreign AND domestic.

There was no martial law. Martial law is the replacement of civilian law with military law. Civilian authorities were not replaced with military authorities; civilians were not brought into military court rooms.

I just asked a friend of mine if she would support Trump using the military to toss out the results of the election and impose a new one. I explained to her that nobody would dare participate that didn't like Trump. She told me she would think about it and would be ok with Trump holding a new election.

Trump doesn't have any authority to throw out the election results and hold a new one. He may lose by an even larger margin if he did that. The recount he had to pay for in Minnesota resulted in more votes for Biden.
