They are not the current residents on land stolen by genocide, are they?
So they and their deeds get a pass while I am guilty of living on land 'stolen by genocide' 200 some odd years ago against a people committing genocide amongst themselves. So what do you want to do about that?
We have allowed this country to become controlled by the extremes on both sides, where hate powers everything. America as we know it and loved it maybe a thing of the past.

Don't excuse the genocide carried out by the American government. That is what you are doing, by attempting to rationalize any wars First Nations carried out among themselves as being an equivalent.
I don’t like either of them, and wouldn’t vote for either of them, but Biden is in better physical shape. He can ride a bicycle. Trump trying to ride a bicycle would likely elicit laughter from people.
Please donate your possessions to First Nations it might help with your guilt. I have none. My ancestors didn't even come here until the 1900s.
People losing wars and land has happened since the beginning of humanity. Get over it.

Complacency and fear of change are a large part of the problem re: hate. People are afraid of that which they don't understand; hence the (what I believe to be misguided) popularity of 'Make America Great Again'.

They should have not brought bows and arrows to a gunfight.....

Very good point! MAGA - Make America Great Again - is a return to the 1950’s - back to the “old days” of racism and the domination of the white race. We have had lots of change the last 20 years or so, and the MAGA Hatters don’t like it. Neither does Trump. Hence his popularity. But that popularity is waning, thankfully.

On the contrary, people very much understand the consequences of importing millions of lower class people from third world countries into the United States of America.
And it isn't very good.
