As with the other videos, it is utterly impossible to tell what is going on, and the Trumpies watching this video are doing nothing but going out of their way to see what they want to see.
For example, when the video says she is starting to scan the ballots for a third time after the 2 minute mark, you cannot even tell that she grabbed the same batch of ballots. She turns around and appears to put down what just came off the machine and grabs something else and puts that on the machine. But that's outside the camera view so you really can't tell either way.
This really, truly is like UFO believers seeing videos or pictures of stuff and going through all kinds of rhetorical conniptions to try to convince themselves it's aliens, or like moon landing hoax believers looking at pictures and videos of the moon landings and going through these bizarre arguments claiming to prove that it was all really done in a studio on earth.
1. Do we even know that's a ballot scanning machine? Even if it is ...
2. We do not know what she was doing. She could very well have put them through the machine, then looked at the computer screen, saw that they didn't get scanned properly, so she sent them through again.
Or something else.
It is completely impossible to tell what is really going on in these videos, and Trumpers are just seeing what they want to see.
OK I just looked at the video again - really, really closely.
-- At around 0:15 she puts a pretty thick-looking pile of ballots on the bottom shelf of the scanner, and even appears to struggle a bit to fit them all on the tray. The pile looks to be at least an inch thick. She then presses a button to start the machine.
-- At around 0:46 the machine stops. It's hard to tell, but I counted maybe 10 ballots being fed into the machine and coming out in the top tray. Then the machine stops and the bottom tray goes up. But notice there are still a whole bunch of ballots on the bottom tray! That is, the machine did not scan all the ballots!
-- At around 0:50 she takes the ballots from the top tray, looks at them, neatens them up and puts them back on the bottom tray. But notice how few of them there are! As I said this was maybe 10 ballots (at the most, it appears). Compare that with the thick pile of ballots she placed on the bottom tray at the outset. She is NOT re-scanning an entire stack of ballots (if indeed she is really re-scanning anything at all). She is only re-doing a few.
-- At 1:24 she goes back to the computer monitor to press several buttons. For all we know she deleted the previous scan because the machine got jammed and is starting all over again. Or something else. We simply cannot tell.
Once again, Trumpies who are watching this video convinced she is engaging in fraud are letting their imaginations run wild. It is impossible to tell what she is really doing. She could be re-scanning ballots that didn't get scanned properly. Or the machine is jamming. We also cannot see what buttons she's pressing on the computer monitor. She might be deleting the previous scan because it got jammed or didn't scan properly, or any other of a number of things.
And last, but not least, look at what the bottom tray looks like at around 0:11. That's what it looks like empty. Then she puts the pile of ballots on it. Stop the video at 0:20 to see what the tray looks like when full.
At 0:46 the machine stops scanning and that tray goes down. But notice the bottom tray is still full! Even until the very end of the video, that bottom tray is never emptied. That is, the machine NEVER even grabbed ALL the ballots to scan them. It always just scanned a few at a time, and then stopped. The machine was probably jamming, or not scanning them correctly, or something else.
And again, this all presumes she's even working on a ballot scanning machine in the first place. We don't even know what this machine really is, or what it's supposed to be doing.
Those ballots are getting fed in again and again..when she is looking around is the give away. She knows she is committing fraud and is looking to see if anyone is witnessing what she is doing.. the camera tells it all.
