Good. I look forward to reading hundreds of these cases in the near future. May they all end up jobless and ostracized by their communities. Insurgents deserve no less.
I will wholeheartedly agree that both sides play the "Accept the results and shut up!!" card when they win. The Republicans managing to equal the Democrats at throwing the, "But we was cheated!!!" violent tantrum -- well that's certainly something new.
In 2017, the Lefties lost their damn minds and went rampaging through the streets of DC because they lost. Now in 2021, the Righties are doing essentially the same thing -- having a tantrum because they lost.
Better idea: Everyone should just agree that throwing a tantrum because you lost is unacceptable and stop doing it. And both sides need to just be consistent at condemning political threats, intimidation, violence and rioting. If MAGA people were wrong, so were Antifa and BLM. If it's wrong to harass and coerce lawmakers, then it should always be wrong to harass and coerce lawmakers. Why can't we just agree on that much??
The "lefties that rampaged the streets of DC" were ANTIFA. ANTIFA is anarchists. They are not traditional left groups and no candidate tried to get one. The group that came to Washington yesterday were outright supporting and brought out by the likes of Cruz, Trump and Giuliani. ANTIFA for as bad as they were, never tried taking the Capitol. This was terrorism, this is insurrection, this was treason. The only reason I defend ANTIFA is because I understand the facist comments with Trump (which he proved yesterday) while the Million MAGA March Proud Boys was over nothing. There was no election fraud.

This doesn't come close to 2001 and 2016, this was much more than just a few objections in the house and holding a rally on the mall on this day was foolish. Al Gore and Joe Biden dispensed with the objections in rapid order, this was very different.
I don't know what you can do to remove the archaic rules, unless you get rid of the electoral college.
