I haven't seen Parler, but if the idea is that they will offer Trump a space to post anything he wants because of the site's total support of free speech, then they they will also allow anything posted to Trump, or about Trump, right? No matter how vile, no matter whether true or not. Just like he does.

Trump might be in for a bigly surprise.

Parler is a cesspool and where many of the insurrectionists bragged about their intent to kill.

It seems there is nothing they won't allow - that was there whole schtick to begin with.

Despite what the media tells you, Parler was never a free for all.

They have rules.....no porn, no communication of threats ect.

Those rules just don't include appointing themselves the arbiters of truth so they can censor opinions they don't like.

Criticism of Trump was always allowed.

Sorry to burst your bubble.

Antifa insurrectionists or BLM insurrectionists? Oh wait, they aren't insurrectionists, they are terrorists.

Free speech means you get to demean whoever you want, right?

Sorry to burst your bubble.
Their business model was, "we will not delete your posts". They made that very clear, and that's why people who had been censored by Facebook went to Parler by the droves.

I do think it means you can demean whoever you want.

You just can't set up threads discussing details of taking over the government and killing the Vice President.

Which Parler was allowing, despite numerous directions to remove those discussions.

And you will find threats of violence and the cheering of violence on Twitter. People have called for and celebrated the murder of cops. The leader of Iran openly talks of the Zionist regime "perishing."

Do you folks think we forget? Do you think we don't have the receipts?

The double-standards are mind boggling.
