115 Republicans in the House signed a petition to oust House GOP Conference Chair Liz Cheney (R-Wyo.)

However, only 61 actually voted to do so.

What's with the Republican who voted "present?"

Good grief. It's a secret ballot.

Liz Cheney is not a conservative, she is a neoconservative who loves war.

Why are you defending her?

She hates Trump.

And that's good enough for them.

Present means you agree with the sentiment but disagree with how the "mission" is being accomplished.

Matt Gaetz, Marco Rubio, etc. are actively promoting a party that opposes foriegn wars and multinational corporations.

It is them or the neocons for control of the republican party.
But neither of them wanted her removed until she voted to impeach Trump, this isn't about foreign wars or conservatism, it's about a president attempting to overturn an election. You are complicating the issue and trying to approve her removal on something that has not one thing to do with impeachment.

No one in the GOP or Trump seemed to have an issue with the defense industry when they bumped the DOD budget the last 4 years but now that's the issue.

Elise Stafanik would be a very fine replacement for Liz Cheney.
Why should she be replaced?

In order to further the Republican transition to being the party of liars and lunatics.
