The same root for "diversity" is also for "division."
Even liberals know that diversity is division. That's the point.

This is true, but most liberals aren't smart enough to realize what they're doing. All of this is because of democracy, and the ease in which the masses can be manipulated by propaganda.
Democracy necessarily turns half the country against the other. The majority is made to distrust and hate itself.
#1 The left tends to shun diversity of thought. Diversity of thought is extremely important in a democracy. We must end cancel culture and deplatforming if we truly value diversity, but the left won't go for that.

The left is literally moving towards assimilation as being bad. Leftist teachers at my school talk of assimilation being a form of "colonization" which is just absurd. A country is stronger if they adhere to some unifying themes rather than being constantly fractured without any strong unifying themes while being divided with identity politics.
The problem is the diversity hires/promotions are too often lacking character due to a lot of problems in this society caused by other well meaning programs that have been disastrous like welfare, sec 8 housing, food stamps.
I swear if liberals were home builders those houses would stand for a couple of years max because they would forget the foundation in favor of fancy siding and extras.
You are in a plane in mid-air and the pilot passes out due to some form of sickness. He cannot be awakened. The co-pilot was hired based on diversity criteria and has had issues landing planes. Is diversity still a good thing?
Democrats feel that if they get stronger with more grass roots pull, they can share in the diversity. Take for example health insurance. Democrats will go so far as put Arnold Swzarszenneger in to the Governor's office for California. Even though he represented republicans. This man was not a republican. He knew nothing about the business cycle or any theoretical this in government expansion. Yet he became a spokesperson for the republican party, of which I thought was baloney all the way. By this I meant he spoke up for the health and fitness industry. Because of the publicity, many people chose to go into fitness and got their medical plan through diversity. With a employer that gave minimum plan under this man, Arnold. Big deal. I could have done that, just by being a manager of the movie theater. That's what democrats do. They exploit situations so they can get paid off it. We all know Arnold Swzarszenneger has no knowledge of anything else. And that pulled him through. Big deal. Still a lame duck. That is what democracy is. This man was democracy. Even so.
