The money will NOT get to the people though.
It goes to the governments and stays within the governments.

Why is the U.S responsible for solving all the problems of all the countries in the world? I think we have our hands quite full with our own problems within our borders.

Biden is a fool.

Well does it really matter? 4 billion here, 4 billion there what's another 4 Billion? why not send another pile to a country in the Middle East?

What I don't understand is why there are so many countries in the world that have such poverty and despair but somehow America was able to rise above it? How did America become so successful to be such a shining example to the world BUT there are so many that claim America is the problem while they make excuses for our success and try to appease their guilt by throwing money around?

We cannot buy our way out of our first world white guilt problem so instead of seeking therapy the powers that be seek to lower our living standards? Weird.

Biden is a fool.
We're not solving any problems here. We're handing the governments money.

Biden is a globalist. You understand globalists ? Open boarders, free trade, world citizens, rich countries empty their coffers and give to poor countries.

Biden is Globalist-in-Chief. He made that very clear going back to 2019 even.

The US doesn’t have resources to save every South American country’s economy. We cannot save the world. Even if the money is used appropriately, which it won’t be, migrants won’t be stopped. Most of the money will magically disappear. Migrants will still head to America in larger amounts under the Biden* regime, because he told them they are welcome to flood our borders.

America cannot save every person in this world who wants “a better life.†The degree they would have to achieve to develop “a sustainable economy†is simply not possible. A country without borders is no longer a country.

Biden's been talking about this solution for several years.

Stopping the wall has paid for this $4 billion with a lot extra to spare. A lot of these immigrants end up being legal refugees because the are fleeing violence and persecution. So the wall wouldn't stop them anyway, because they meet the legal criteria to enter the US as refugees.
How is the US going to fix it?

More nation building like in Iraq and Afghanistan?

If I thought that this money would actually improve things in Central America enough to slow the flow of illegal "migrants" northward, I'd be all for it. But of course it will just be squandered by those in power there. Just as most foreign aid is. Yet, we never seem to learn, and we keep the money spigot open.

The symptom is not solved through charity or dependency on the US taxpayers.

Central America has been destroyed by the IMF and US government, and they want to keep the region as a client state.

This does not solve the root problem, it makes it worse.

Wrong, Trump built 450 miles of good replacement walls and new walls. I don't know where you got that $11 billion number but the complete 1,000 miles was to be $25 billion. Money well spent since the existing new walls have been 90% effective in deterring illegal entry.
