I have had enough of the constant bickering between the two parties for decades now, but the worst has been the in the last four years.
I am going to run with no party affiliation, and on an ideology I believe is best for the country.

Being told just last week, by my doctor, that I am in extremely good health for an 82 year old man, makes me feel I haver much to offer this failing country.
How many 82 year old's do you know that have a true bp reading of 122 over 78?
I do.
How many my age do you know who are still able to do vigorous exercise daily, much like a younger person would do?
I do.
My cholesterol, and triglycerides readings are those of a younger,, health conscious person, and far removed from what most adults experience.

Now, with health issues aside, let me explain what a presidency under Calguy would be like.

First off, I would issue no executive orders in my entire term as president.
Laws, and regulations are the job of the congress, let them do their work.
I would do my best , even if it meant using my veto power, to get America at it's best.
I would petition congress to pass bills that makes sense, and benefit the citizens of this country, and fight like hell to oppose laws that harm the citizens in any way.
I would approach congress on each and every bill it has up for consideration, and again, use my veto if I feel a particular piece of legislation would be detrimental to our country, and our standing in the world.

I would ask congress to get down to real negotiations concerning immigration, and to stop kicking the can down the road for someone else to try and figure out.
I would do all in my executive power to secure the strongest military in the world, get rid of rules and regulations that stifle growth in business.
I would ask congress to take aggressive action to ensure America has fair trade agreements with countries around the world, and to initiate an America first policy in all matters before it.

Now, as president, some policy changes I envision in the country.
On abortion rights, let the woman decide what to do with her body.
Groups such as planned parenthood should have government assistance in preventing pregnancy's, not aborting them.
Though abortions should be legal, I would stress the greater importance of contraceptives, and make them readily available to those in lower income brackets.
On immigration, I believe in a much stronger immigration policy, in line with what is written in our constitution.
On immigration I am a strong believer in American citizens come first in all negotiations.
The interest of American citizens would be paramount in any future negotiations dealing with immigration.

On taxes, I would work on ways to see the congress balance the budget, so that a fair tax for all is implemented.
A graduated tax on income and all financial matters would be the rule.
No longer would a person with a high income be paying less, or nothing at all, as compared to an average worker.
Big business would only get tax incentives when they can show, not only a need, but that the incentives would create jobs.

Cutting out the waste(and there are tons of it) must be handled by budget and finance, and any bill approved concerning budget will be scrutinized fully by my staff, for any irregularities, before being signed into law.

On health care, I want American citizens to have the best and most affordable health care in the world.
Obviously that goad must take into affect, why health cost are as high as they are, and find ways to lower not only the cost of health care, but prescription drugs as well.
As for health insurance, I believe the government can insure all it's citizens if the congress will work diligently to cut the enormous waste in government spending, that benefits only a few.

Many good programs, especially in education could become a reality in my administration, if the congress will take on the government waste issues head on.
My vision of America is one where each and every citizen can have the opportunity to succeed, and priority one would be in education, especially in the areas of the country that have been habitually overlooked for decades.
It is a disgrace that poorer communities have been allowed to deteriorate as they have.
That is due to many factors, but I believe the biggest cause is we allowed it to happen.
No more under my administration.
All Americans are equal, and those that are below that scale, will get help form my administration no matter what it takes.
This is OUR country, and as a nation we must come together, and strive as one to insure it's citizens are allowed to come to the table and feast on prosperity.

This will be a ground roots campaign, and financing will be from average Americans who believe as I do, that this country is the greatest place on planet earth.
In the coming months and years up to 2024, I will be out there seeking your co-operation so that for the first time in many years, we can be proud to say I am an American.

Your heart is in the right place, but you would get toasted and roasted right now... by both parties.

One - you have to get a team of people who believe in your ideas.

Two - now that Trump has had his four years, the swamp will be ready for any outsiders. I expect they will pass laws making it harder for outsiders to get in.

Three - you can have the best ideas in the whole country. However, the government is ultimately ran by the people and the schemes of the swamp. 74 million people are ready for good government - but that did no good when up against the scheming swampers.

Use your instincts and do your best and plan as much as you can if you follow through.

You're off to a decent start. Much of this sounds pretty reasonable so far.

I already have a few questions to clarify a some of your points (in bold):

I would do all in my executive power to secure the strongest military in the world, get rid of rules and regulations that stifle growth in business.

What would our military be doing? Would we be avoiding meddling in the affairs of other countries? There is a difference between strongest and most expensive.

What rules and regulations do you think stifle growth in business that you'd like to see removed? What are your views on environmental protection?

Cutting out the waste(and there are tons of it) must be handled by budget and finance, and any bill approved concerning budget will be scrutinized fully by my staff, for any irregularities, before being signed into law.

What are some specific examples of waste that you would want to cut out?

And another question I would have is if you don't have any direct political experience, how do you account for jumping to the top elected official's job? What mistakes that the previous president with no experience made would you want to avoid and how would you do that?

lol Typical lefty wanting to run others lives through the power of a central authority. The very thing we fought a Revolutionary War over.

"Cutting out the waste(and there are tons of it) must be handled by budget and finance, and any bill approved concerning budget will be scrutinized fully by my staff, for any irregularities, before being signed into law."

No where do I see reduce the size and scoop of our Federal government and put the power back into the hands of the states. THAT is how you reduce the waste and inefficiency.

oh and it's Constitutional too. Something else you didn't bring up.
But kumbaya.

Sorry - you're wrong.

Most in both parties in Congress don't want him, or anyone like him, anywhere near 1600 again.

Well, I'm sure if you gathered any actual momentum they'd scour their base for anyone that has known you since age 5 to state how you *assaulted* them, called them slurs, said you were a communist/socialist, ran over their pet with a lawnmower and caused them to have irritable bowl syndrome by your very presence.

Then if you won that primary......

Yep.

If you are solely basing "swamp membership" (for lack of a better term) on being rich - then you don't understand the swamp.
