As a Conservative I just want to get some thoughts on this idea. The Governor should be replaced by someone more compassionate ad willing to correct this mistake, but the independents are already saying they want Dems now. Thoughts

2024 is a very long time from now, and people have very short memories.

My thoughts are that you're not a conservative and nobody in Texas is falling for the liberal bs being regurgitated from the Democrat media industrial complex.

This will be forgotten by summer. Plus this obsession with compassion...people need to toughen up in our society. We've gone soft.

Yeah, property taxes are soaring in Texas. No income tax means the state budget needs to be filled some way. And budget cuts lead to this.

Corporations rule Texas, and its pathetic leaders wag their fingers and working class people and tell them to work harder.

They are the most selfish people, and Texas promotes degeneracy. Greed above all is the Texas motto, even other southerners are shocked by how unkind Texas is. Its political leaders are the worst.
