Nope. It's a US Constitutional issue. I just posted the Supremacy Clause. The US Constitution is the Supreme Law of the Land. ...Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding.

Right. We're in violent agreement here. So who gets to decide if some action taken by the states is constitutional? Say it with me...

The Supreme Court

You disagreeing with them means exactly nothing. They are the ones who decide.

SCOTUS is not infallible. They've made some colossal mistakes. The cases spurred by the 2020 federal election mess is just a small sampling of them.

Notice who usually overrules them? Yep. The Supreme Court. Unless it's a legislative decision where a well-craftted law can correct the Constitutional issue. So complaining about their decision now is probably a waste of air.

"That's Unconstitutional"-some random message board poster. Weight: 0. The Supreme Court decided it was Constitutional, by definition, in their decision.

I don't think so. The same problem with states holding unconstitutional federal elections can be taken to court in the next federal election cycle in 2022.

Please name me any reliable news source that does not routinely lie their asses off. I'll wait.

Epoch Times, NPR, AP, CNN, NYT, WSJ, WaPo, Fox News ... they all lie constantly.

Why do you think minorities are so inept? Sounds like you're a racist. That sucks.

I never did understand that allegation. Do lefties feel that minorities are somehow more inept than everyone else? That's sure what it sounds like every time time lefties express their bizarre "minorities can't do this" and "minorities can't do that" mindset. Good grief, you all might as well have RACIST stamped across your foreheads in big red letters. Yikes.

Has there been a case filed yet? That's what happened when Trump issued Executive orders, various Democrat state Attorneys General filed lawsuits.
