You don't pull on a dog's tail, period. The dog bit Biden as a result.
The dog has an issue, but he can't deal with it. The owner, President Biden, has an issue....he can deal with it and should.
I’m afraid Biden doesn’t care about anything except himself and his political party. It’s pretty clear he hates animals. On top of being a proven plagiarist and racist.
This one really pisses me off. They are being extremely irresponsible to put the dog in that situation again. It is obviously stressful and they have no control over their dog. If they keep going down this path the dog will end up being put to sleep.
The Bidens are not fit to own a pet, much less run the country. They should not be allowed to abuse their pets any more, because incidents like this will continue to happen.
I don't blame the dog Major, I blame his awful owners.
Now answer the question, if you can or will (change the name as needed)?
Simply put, Biden has four kids, three of whom lived well into adulthood. Beau was doing quite well, until his death from brain cancer (beyond his or his family's control). Ashley has turned out okay. By your logic, if the Bidens are such lousy parents, shouldn't all three of the kids be complete disasters?
Likewise with dogs. I've known folk who've had a string of well-behaved dogs, and then sometimes they get one that is completely screwy.
Raising (humans) or training (pets) can have a lot to do with it, but every so often, you can do everything right, and just have a situation where the child or dog isn't getting it together. There are a lot of families who had several great kids, and one that had issue after issue. There are people who did everything they could for a pet, and finally had to acknowledge there was only so much they could do (which sadly, usually means the pet in question has to be euthanized.) If the Bidens have been successful with their other dogs (and Champ seems to be very well behaved), it could simply be that Major has a particular problem, not that the Bidens are lousy pet owners.
He can't manage his dog but we put him in charge of the entire U.S: if this had happened with any other president (let alone Trump, even of Obama's dog bit someone), they would have questioned the competence of the president to serve.
