The owner pulled on its tail! That is abuse!

I'm pretty sure Joe has at least sniffed Major's bunghole, and I'll bet Major bit him for it. And deservedly so.

"..and on Monday, the first family’s younger dog, Major, was surprised by an unfamiliar person and reacted in a way that resulted in a minor injury to the individual..."

So, either Major was not on a leash, or the person got too close. Either way, it is the fault of a stupid human.

What does this change?

beau, the drug addict, you consider "fine" as being raised?

The dog has to become familar with the surrounding & people. Also older dogs losing senses sometimes don't know how to interpret sounds, smells they can't identify and might go into a defensive mode.
If a person was terrified of dogs then why would Biden* let them walk his dog, all that does is show bad judgment on Biden's* end. But yea, Biden* tried to victim shame too by claiming some people fear dogs.

If an abused dog is stressed out by being in a high pressure area then there's no acclimation, the dog is already set in his ways. Biden* needs to ship the dogs off to a family friend who the dogs are comfortable with. He's only keeping them there to score points against Trump, since Trump didn't have a dog in the WH. He needs to let his hate and his ego go and send the dogs to where they'd be more comfortable.

Maybe you should get Biden's kids straight before you slam them.

I’m pretty sure only you would come up with this theory. You don’t disappoint.
