The Dem controlled Teachers unions who are given preferential treament over students since students don't vote, or contribute money to Libs.
Mayors, City Councils, County Commissioners, State Governors, Congresspersons, and Senators....all of the above.
Democrats are GUILTY of systemic racism, but they use the media to point the blame at people who have not been anywhere near the systemic racism for decades...whites, & Republicans.
