How is this not discriminatory? Bank of America has allocated $22 million in grants to help business owners of color. Whites need not apply.
(Whenever I question whether something is racist, I switch white for black. Clearly, a large, secular public corporation allocating “free money” for whites only would be raked over the rails. So too if they said free money available for Christian-owned businesses, and Jews need not apply.)
All this promotion based on race is suspect as a diversion/division. I denounced boa years ago. How a business can discriminate based on race and get away with it is beyond me. I thought there were laws against such practice. If a crummy backwater mom and pop in nowhere alabama had such conditions appealing to 'whites' it would be the headlines all week and referenced through the next election with every (R) required to denounce the practice.
The answer is yes it's legal. Feel free to start your own fund targeting Jews only.
