Question is open to all - if you're cool with any person disguising themselves as the opposite sex in order to trick someone into sex, then you're obviously cool with the dirty old neighbour disguising himself as your father, for the purpose of screwing your mother?

If a man answers an online add to receive oral sex from a stranger. Allows the stranger to preform oral sex without attempting to even identify the appearance of the stranger. Then go back again to receive oral sex, is that really being deceived? Does it make the stranger a predator or just not 100% forthcoming.

In this nation we have decided a person’s need to freely practice their sexual preferences are so fundamental to a person’s identity, well-being, and quality of live that we changed the thousands of years old, almost universal, definition of marriage. It is thankfully no longer acceptable to us to have a lesbian female forced to marry and tolerate fornication with a male to “cure” her, as was common practice up until this century. We finally understand we were forcing many gays into what they found repulsive acts by forcing them to engage in intimate sexual activity with someone whose biological body parts they were not attracted to. Given that now adopted cultural norm we ought to equally understand that concept also applies to straight biological males with preferences for biological females.
Either sexual preferences matter or they don’t.

Sounds like the victim was pretending to be someone other than who they were - while they may have their beliefs about who they are, they should never impose those beliefs on another via deception, particularly when involving sex.
It both scenarios, reasonable assumption is thrown out the door, due to another using disguise to achieve their own sexual gratification -all you're really saying, is that if someone can pull off sexual assault via deception, then more power to them.
I took a man home who did not know I had a penis (I'm MtF).

This case kind of reminds me of a case many years ago, of a man who went door to door offering to do medical breast exams for women who answered the door.
