America should not allow businesses to influence our policies. It's dragging the us down. Because of it we have have the worst medical prices, some of the worst real estate prices, and too many illegals so less jobs for Americans.

And there's no proof that he didn't know and A TON of reason to believe he did, including his past conviction for doing the same thing.

Good job of getting 5 from 2 + 2.

Ever heard of innocent until proven guilty? Trump was never accused or convicted of "knowingly" hiring illegal aliens in a court of law but you have the final say? He had no past conviction of "knowingly" having illegal aliens working for him either.

Not really.

A lot of Americans think people are rude when they give non Americans their behind to kiss and the non American not only refuses to do so but kicks them instead. I’ve got tons of experience with such Americans myself and kicking them instead is something I highly recommend.

What do reparations have to do with me?

That search must’ve been exhausting.
Excuse me! You don’t know me, You have zero idea of my experience with Canadians, do I believe they are all like the few I experience? No I don’t, just always heard they were all super nice and polite and I may have only met the very few that weren’t. One of them was my friends father.

Plumbers make a lot of money and are very much needed, as well as truck drivers. You may look down on them, but I’m sure you can do your own plumbing. Anyone who works hard does not deserve to be looked down on. Even the so-called smart ones need plumbing work and goods.

I did not say all Canadians. I’m sure they are great people, I just wasn’t fortunate enough to meet one, and I always heard they are really nice, but the very few, were grumpy and kind of rude.

I apologize to all the Canadians on the board, I promise I don’t base my opinion of your great country on the very few I met.

The problem with the H1-B visa program is that it's become corrupted. Employers were firing American workers and replacing them with H1-B contract workers. The program was never intended to be used in that way. It was sold as being a temporary visa program. Everybody was freaking out over Y2K and how lots of tech workers would need to be hired to fix that problem. Also, the fees paid by visa applicants were supposed to be put into a fund to train more American IT workers.

I won't go into more detail as to not further derail this thread. However, IMO, it's long past time to end the H1-B visa.

The above is about illegal immigration not legal immigration and they aren't talented they are the poor, unskilled and uneducated. The path to citizenship that the Democrats want is for them not legal, talented immigrants! Just another leftist spin article. Who day they think they are fooling? I'd be more than happy if these illegal aliens migrated to Canada instead. Though I would feel sorry for the Canadians.
You didn’t read the next paragraph. It basically says that the partisan bickering over illegal immigration has prevented the US from agreeing on comprehensive immigration reform, which includes legal immigration. Trump, Obama and Bush all wanted to emulate Canada’s system, but that went nowhere.

The reason there hasn't been any agreement on CIR is because it's amnesty plain and simple (not reform) and most Republicans don't want that and rightly so! It is not a solution to our illegal immigration problem and will only encourage more illegal immigration. Does 1986 ring a bell?

Sounds good to me. Immigration is bad for Americans.
