Why? Over an experimental gene therapy shot? I remember a country, government and citizenry that shunned, then murdered an entire massive section of their populace because they 'thought' differently.

Because providing false documents is fraud and it's against the law.

How can they do that?
To get access to a patient's medical records, doesn't the patient have to agree and sign off on it?
If an airline, cafe, store, or other place asks to see your vaccine card, they still won't have anyway of verifying if it is real or not, they just have to assume it's legit.
But, there are plenty of laws about falsifying documents
I think there should be a law against stupidity too but apparently not
