6% of Republicans, 16% overall. Seems high to me

https://news.gallup.com/poll/352316/...ions-dips.aspx

Americans have such a lack of confidence in the legacy media’s reporting that only six out of every 100 Republicans have any confidence in television news, according to a new poll. Their views reflect the deep distrust of the American people: Only 16% of all U.S. citizens say they can believe what they see on television. About one in five Americans trusts newspapers, a Gallup poll released on Wednesday found.

Such a sad state of affairs. Republicans increasingly favor conspiracy laden YouTube videos over fact based reporting.

It's an interesting poll. The only ones who have >50% confidence of both Democrats and Republicans are the Military and Small Business. I must say, I never thought of small business as an institution. As long as our military keeps out of politics we'll be OK.

Good to hear. More people need to not believe the news. It should not be a way the left is able to spread propaganda. Good that so many people know better.

Too late. The current regime is frantically destroying the capability and credibility of our military and military leadership with their vile, racist CRT/Wokeism agenda.

I have not owned a television in years. Parting with television was one of the best, and most liberating choices I have ever made. Nothing but filth on television when I last watched, and I'm sure that hasn't changed since that time.

Congrats...you're in the 16%! You win...a lifetime of your emotions being ruled by whatever the mainstream media decides is the biggest emergency in that given moment!
