Lots of women are responsible. Turning a blind eye to irresponsible people actions or assuming a drug addict will be, or can be taught to be consistent in her use of birth control is pure fantasy.

That's already been debunked. Fetal homicide laws have already set the legal precedent that an unborn child is a separate human life.

Plan B is a mega dose, 1.5mg, of levonorgestrel. It is a progestin which is commonly in oral birth control. It works by inhibiting ovulation and implantation of ovum. Prior to the approval of plan B, people would be prescribed levonorgestrel containing oral contraceptives. The would have to take a good chunk of the packet in a day or two. The problem was the ethinyl estradiol. It made people feel sick and vomit and so they would might have to start over.

Of course, they have abysmal rates of teen pregnancies and STD's.

Good idea that will not work in many places.

Use of a condom isn’t rocket science.

Mississippi is the most backwater trash state in the nation. Lowest education level. Impoverished. No surprise they are so stupid when it comes to understanding the rights of women's bodies.

Thirty minutes isn’t enough time to research and answer the question??????

It's why Congress had to pass the Indian Citizenship Act of 1924, Prior to that, those born in the US to a member of a US "Indian, Eskimo, Aleutian, or other aboriginal tribe" (language taken from current federal US Nationality law) were not US citizens. They were citizens of their respective sovereign tribes, etc.

It's also why there's a separate clause in US Nationality law to this day that specifically applies to such persons. If everyone born in the US were actually automatically US citizens, that clause would be redundant and would be neither included nor necessary.

Even though US-born indigenous people were granted birthright US citizenship as of 1924, they still weren't necessarily able to vote in US elections. Why not? Although the 15th and 19th Amendments gave Blacks and women the right to vote, respectively, the Constitution grants the states the power to determine voting rights and requirements. In 1924, many states opposed allowing indigenous people to vote in their states. As a result, Native Americans were forced to secure the right to vote by winning it in the individual state legislatures. It wasn't until 1962 that the last state (NM) guaranteed voting rights for indigenous people.

Don't feel bad. A lot of people have absolutely NO historical knowledge of how birthright US citizenship has evolved throughout the years and have NO idea that, legally, there still is no automatic birthright citizenship granted to the US-born children of foreign parents. It's just a politically-based "policy" that has been observed for the past several decades.

There's a lot more historical info I could post on the topic of birthright citizenship, but that's best left to a different thread covering that issue.
I agree. All it would take is the Supreme Court to honestly interpret that provision of the Constitution.

That's 100% false. Mississippi state law specifically allows schools to teach contraception and disease prevention as part of their sex education programs.

Killing another human is illegal, even when it's a fetus, and you better believe it's others' business when someone kills another. Witnesses testify in homicide trials all the time. Are you going to tell them to "butt out," too?

Were not licensed as what? MDs? They don't have to be MDs.

Texas EMT's can administer vaccines with a certification and no license.
EMTs are licensed and/or certified.

Like I said, vaccines are NOT administered by your unlicensed neighbors, Susan or Bill, etc., showing up for a temp or part-time job to earn a few extra bucks. If anyone could administer a jab, the lawsuits that would be generated if/when people had bad reactions to a vaccine would be EPIC.
